Starting a school:

Developing a school is not a cup of tea. It requires aims, goals, planning and a sailor for the ship of education. The reason behind the development of the school is not only education but also the aim of shaping the mind of the little ones. A school will prosper itself when the students will achieve success. For this, it is essential to fetch experienced and fierce faculties who are ready to dedicate their whole self into making a child learn.

Problems faced while starting a school:

It is not an easy task to develop a school perfectly. There would be many problems faced in the process of development.

Land for construction:

           School requires a playground as it is necessary for the kids to be active physically while they are getting mental growth. A playground must be spacious enough so as to conduct sports day or annual entertainment events where the students can express their talents freely. Also the school building must be very much big enough to such that convenient classrooms can be build.

Infrastructure of the school:

              School is a place for getting educated. Education requires knowledge and knowledge cannot be gained better form anything apart from books. Books require library to stay, so ensure that your school has a library for sure where all types of books i.e. fictional, non fictional, entertainment, educative or general knowledge based books are in stock. Books are your best friend and every child must get access to the books of their interest.

             In today’s era of technology, becoming techno savvy is more than important. You are considered to be an alien if you are a little unaware about computers or the internet. The correct use of technology and computer will help the students get an exposure about the world outside their reach. Make sure that you have ample of space for installing the new generation of computers in your computer lab. The audio visual lab is also important as students learn to watch and listen in a group; various chapters can be explained visually to the students. 

             Restrooms must be well maintained and comfortable with distinctive hygiene features. The first aid room must have all the needed medicines and equipment which will heal the wounds and illness as quickly as possible.

             E-class technology must be installed in almost every classroom as students learn more if they see more. Visual content is as necessary as bookish knowledge. Also there must be an activity hall for conducting indoor activities such as yoga, various games, and exercises.

Contents of the school:

           Deciding about the board of education is must. The knowledge transferred into a student’s mind must not go in vain and he should be able to grasp and remember what he is taught. More knowledge apart from education helps a child grow totally in all aspects.

         Skilled teachers build the life of a student. School is the second home of a child, so it is the responsibility of the teacher to make the student feel comfortable such that he will be able to intake more knowledge. Proper information about the world outside the school should be given to the students as they are raw and they don’t know about the current happenings and the competition in the world.

            The students must feel safe and secured inside the school premises. Proper security must be ensured for the students.

Management:

           Planning comes first in starting anything. Responsible staff and faculties are to be appointed while starting a school. A head or a leader who knows leadership and managing skills shall be allotted to carry out the activities and teaching inside the school.
